Toasted bread topped with fresh basil, garlic, and tomato.
Bocconcini di mozzarella Buffalo mozzarella wrapped in speck (smoked ham) bake in the oven
Bianchetti Fritti Deep-fried whitebait with lemon and garlic mayonnaise.
Crocchette al Salmone TFish Cake with chives in the light spicy chilly sauce.

Salmone al Forno Baked salmon fillet on a bed of spinach dressed with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Merluzzo alla Pizzaiola Fillet of Cod in a cherry and garlic tomato sauce, caper, black olive, oregano, served with new roasted potatoes.
Ribeye Steak Ribeye Steak cooked in a green peppercorn sauce and served with new roasted potatoes.
Pollo alla Valdostana. Chicken breast topped with ham melted mozzarella and tomato sauce served with new roasted potatoes.
Gnocchi (V) Gnocchi pasta in a tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella baked in the oven
